The rent includes the use of the apartment, kitchen, all furniture, and equipment. All additional costs (German: Nebenkosten) are covered by a fixed flat fee of €195 per month. This includes heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, the use of washers and dryers free of charge, cleaning of common areas, insurance and others. There is no complicated final settlement (Nebenkostenabrechnung) and no hidden costs.

The flats are fully furnished to a high standard, including kitchen, furniture and all standard household items. A mattress is provided. For hygiene reasons, personal items such as blankets, bed linen and towels are only included in short-term rentals or are available on request.

The rental deposit consists of three months' rent, payable before the handover of the apartment.

The general building and all common areas are serviced. During the rental period, a cleaning service can be arranged at the tenant’s expense.
